| Vintages shown are correct to the best of our knowledge. Where we have shown two or more vintages (eg 2003-4), we will move to the latter vintage when stocks of the former have run out. Occasionally, high demand and low availability of particular wines can lead to unexpected further changes of vintage. If you require a specific vintage please make this clear when placing your order. If we are unable to supply it we will contact you. |

| All wine bottles have a cork closure unless otherwise specified. |

| Case | |
| Wines, juices, ciders (75cl) and spirits are sent out in multiples of 12 bottles.
You can mix the cases as you wish. Beers and ciders (33cl and 50cl) are sent as cases of one type, in 20's or 24's depending on the type.

| FREE delivery and discount | |
| Orders of 5 cases or more receive a 5% discount and FREE delivery. Orders of 10 cases or more are eligible for 10% discount - but please note that there is a 5% maximum discount on spirits.
The discount will be credited to you, as soon as we’ve processed your order.

| Delivery | |
| Orders are sent with a two day carrier, who will deliver during the day, Monday to Friday. We are not able to specify a time, but you can request that the case be left with a neighbour or another safe place if you are out. We cannot guarantee that the local courrier will carry out your instructions, but we will do our best to make them aware of them.
We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 3 days, although delays are likely at Christmas.
The cost of delivery to GB mainland addresses is £6.95 PER ORDER (not per case). Orders of less than a case or including an incomplete case receive an extra charge of £3

| Substitute | |
| If there are any items out of stock we will substitute with an item of similar style and quality. If you do NOT want us to do this, and would like us to contact you regarding substitutions, please make a note of this in the comment box and we will either phone or email you. |

We accept most cards. Payment is taken automatically at the time the order is placed and we will advise you as soon as possible if your order will be delayed for any reason.

Please check your order on arrival and only sign for what is there.
Let us know as soon as possible if there is anything broken or missing. We will sort the problem out without fuss.
If you have not received your order by the date you have been told to expect or within 10 days, please let us know. Please be sure to order in plenty of time at Christmas as delays are expected at this time of year.
Very occasionally a customer needs to cancel an order after it has been delivered correctly and within the time advised. In this case we reserve our right to charge for the cost of the return of the order and for any damage that occurs in transit.

| UK licensing laws | |
| Under UK licensing laws we are not permitted to sell alcoholic drinks to anyone under the age of 18. When you place an order for alcoholic drinks with us you are, in doing so, confirming that you are 18 years or over. This also applies if you are buying alcoholic drinks as a present, in which case the recipient must also be at least 18 years.
