A red and a white from Italy: Era Primitivo and Era Inzolia.
The red is from Puglia with nicely balanced dark berry and damson fruit. Notably smooth and distinctly drinkable. The white has a distinct New World feel with well defined, up-front fruit and great balance. Rich clean tropical fruit with nuances of ripe pears, pineapple, almond and apricot.
