The Merlot has a delightful plummy character, with touches of damsons, violets and spicy fruit. The Sauvignon is rich and grassy in style. Lots of juicy flavour and a slightly spicy undertone, with aromas of pears and newly mown grass. The Syrah rose is a great summer drinking wine; modern, dry and direct on the palate with notes of ripe berry fruit and delicate touches of pepper on the finish.
