From the heart of Andalucia, south of Cordoba, in the Denominacion Montilla-Moriles is the fully organic estate of Bodegas Robles. Their fino is a pale straw yellow colour with aromas of hazelnuts and freshly baked bread. Its high alcohol level is obtained naturally thanks to the high sugar content of the 'PX' grape but this is a dry, slightly savoury sherry-like wine with a lengthy finish.
