A delicious blend of three grape varieties vinified separately with around a third of the wine aged in oak barriques to add further complexity and a softer, more respectful edge. It's a typically rustic example with a spicy fruit cinnamon nose and dark berry fruit flavours to match. The tannins are gentle and well-balanced and the result is a great food wine that's also relaxed enough for drinking on its own.
