This is a nice grassy, gooseberry-tinged Sauvignon. The nose is appealingly fruity, and in the mouth there's good acidity with a bit of zing. There's some soft ripeness on the finish (hints of acacia/winegums) so we think this addition will be a popular success: a simple, straightforward and clean dry white.
