Produced on a small family estate in Villars les Bois to the west of Cognac which has been in organic production since 1982. Double distilled by the traditional Cherentais method and aged for 3 years in a combination of new and old oak barrels. A lovely deep amber colour with characteristic purity on the nose and subtle hints of vanilla and honey in the mouth.
