A strong sweetish aperitif made by blending year old cognac with grape juice and maturing it in oak casks for a minimum of 8 months. An appealing and versatile drink that has enjoyed something of a renaissance in France (and beyond) in recent years. Will keep for several weeks once opened. Try it with melon, blue cheese, as a dessert wine or in sauces and fruit salads. It's versatile! Grape varieties: Ugni Blanc/Colombard 17%
