Once again this legendary 'Suc de Taronja' returns from Catalonia. By some distance this is our most popular juice; the colour is as vivid as the flavour, which skilfully combines ripe, sweet juiciness with well-proportioned zesty acidity. Every litre is made from 2.5kg of sweet orange varieties like Valencia Late and Salustiana from the sun-drenched groves of Andalucia and Valencia. Pure, unsweetened and with just a little pulp this really is 'la cosa autentica' - no additives, no concentrates - and I love every orangey mouthful! Please note that although Cal Valls strive to achieve uniformity of flavour, the availability of fresh oranges at production time can lead to slight flavour differences from batch to batch.
