A lightly oaked Chardonnay made in a deliberately uncomplicated style and blended with care for everyday enjoyment. The young fruit was fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks and small French oak barrels. It has coconut and peach aroma with a full dry mouth filling style and with time it will develop a soft complexity. Great with pasta, light meats and green salads.
