François Plouzeau's adhesion to biodynamic principles enables him to bring the best from his fruit. In this instance a Cabernet with a lovely garnet red hue, a nose of violets and black fruit, good intensity and balance. It has soft and supple tannins and although drinking nicely now, can be kept to advantage for several years.
