Guy Bossard's consummate wine-making skills have produced a hugely appealing 'sur lie' wine with good acidity surrounded by plenty of fruit flavours and characteristic yeasty background. Serve chilled in the summer as an apéritif or with seafood and oily dishes. Grape varieties: Folle Blanche Fanatical attention to details in the vineyards (including biodynamic farming) enables Guy Bossard to make an excellent range of wines - even his Gros Plant is worth drinking, which is saying something.
