Crisp clean Sauvignon character, with typically appealing flavours of gooseberry and elderflower. The vineyards that produce this wine, Les Caillottes, are notably pebbly, and the wine well reflects the terroir - keenly dry but in a more accessible and creamy style than most Sancerres. A wine of considerable finesse from this well respected situated on the banks of the Loire, 45 kms east of Bourges.
