Don't be frightened off by the description: medium sweet, unless you don?t like rich, honeyed melon and tropical fruit flavours. My dictionary translates 'moelleux' as: creamy, soft, mellow, luxurious, and I wouldn't argue with any of those! Sweet, refreshing vin de pays with crisp, grapey, spice and honey flavours. Great as an aperitif or with fruit tarts. A nice musky/almond sweet white wine, with almond pastry undertones. Clean and rich with god acidity and freshness.
