Our first biodynamic beer - Hans Muller and his team have crafted a highly commercial, unfiltered pilsner using 100% barley malt. It's clean, well-balanced, gently hoppy, dry and very refreshing. If you're familiar with the Pinkus Special with its bitter background, and the Pinkus Pils with its slightly sweeter notes this falls nicely in the middle.
