An exciting and refreshing blend of local variety Xarel-lo and the ubiquitous Chardonnay, enlivened in this vintage by the addition of some crisp Sauvignon. The Xarel-lo lends firmness and a touch of acidity to the full fruit of the Chardonnay. A light white wine from the Mediterranean slopes of Alt Penedès near Barcelona. Grape varieties: Chardonnay/Xarel-lo 12.5% A cool climate Chardonnay underpinned by the zingy acidity of the Xarel.lo. A fresh clean palate with hints of tropical fruit.
