A ruby red Merlot with a heady bouquet of forest fruits and typically soft, velvety flavour. Smooth, dry and delightfully easy drinking. Each new vintage has shown this wine in a stronger light and it is fast catching up with some of its French rivals. Traditional ferments are hotter (up to 32C), shorter and sharper giving very spicy earthy notes to the wine. Screwcap closure!
