Rich, peppery and concentrated with irresistible spicy, brambly flavours. A great demonstration of Fetzer's finding that 'organically farmed grapes simply taste better' made with grapes grown on the McNab Ranch in Mendocino and aged in American oak for 18 months. Great with tomato based pasta dishes and spicy foods.
