Dry, aromatic and zestful, only the finest organic botanicals go into this 'must have' bottle - juniper, coriander, angelica root and savoury. The head distiller was so struck by the quality of the organic ingredients that he's contemplating using them for his entire production. To our surprise we discovered that organic grain didn't require so much yeast resulting in a soft, palatable spirit. The perfect summer evening tipple?

This is actually rather good. The fact that the grain is organic allows the botanicals to shine through, and despite being only 37.5% it packs a decent punch. For those who like things to be properly done, Juniper Green is one of the few London gins these days to be distilled and bottled in that city. It's even reasonably priced.
