From higher, south-east facing slopes where the thinner, rockier soils and older vines (35 years old) lead to lower yields but greater concentration of flavour. This is an accessible and fuller style of Pinot, aged in oak for 14 months. The structure is good, the fruit friendly and ripe cherryish, and the tannins gentle. Can be aged for up to 7 years. Grape varieties: Pinot Noir 12.5%
