The colour Yellow in a bottle - bananas and daffodils appear pale in comparison. Made according to a traditional German recipe at low temperatures so as to conserve the rich, deep yellow colour of the high grade and locally sourced organic eggs. On the nose there's just a warming hint of wheat alcohol but in the mouth it's smooth, sweet, rich and custardy with delicious, tongue-coating vanilla and soft almond flavours. Wear sunglasses when pouring.
