The world's first organic blended whisky - a blend of 70% Loch Lomond Highland grain whisky and 30% of the organic 1992 Springbank Dà Mhìle (gaelic for 2000) - which was, in turn, the world's first organic whisky. Fuller light gold in colour with deeper, richer flavours, some soft sweetness, fleshy, tropical fruit and spice notes. Distinct peaty character and typical Springbank saltiness comes through also. There's a wonderful lingering finish due to the fact that the whisky has not been chill filtered thus preserving all the flavours that have direct relevance to the taste and aroma of the whisky nor has any caramel been added to colour it.
