A classic Australian Chardonnay from the red brown loam of Jerilderee in New South Wales - an estate which has been in organic cultivation since the early 1990s. This versatile and quite lively wine was fashioned by flying wine-maker and innovator Nick Butler and exhibits typical melon and citrus/mixed peel characters with elegant fruit and a fairly full palate. There's a touch of oak there too and pleasantly toasty/nutty complexity on the finish.
