Crisp, clean and soft with rounded apricot and grapefruit flavours - very refreshing and highly quaffable. La Mancha is the largest wine growing region in Europe, but surrounded as it is by mountains on all sides and with a consequently harsh continental climate, yields per vine are very low. The Airen grapes used for this wine are picked early, often at the end of August, making it suitable for the production of a light, fresh wine.
