Dão is one of the big (but short!) names of Portuguese wine, Antonio and Sara Dionisio?s wine is full in the mouth with a distinctly velvety feel, well balanced fruit and soft tannins. Having won a medal for their first commercial vintage they can be justly delighted to have maintained the high standard with the sequel. Grape varieties: Agua-Santa/Tinto Roriz (Tempranillo)/Touriga-Nacional 14% As Portuguese as you can get. Lush, berry fruit with hints of licquorice and a wonderful long, smoky finish.
