A little less flinty and a little more fruity than the Mabillière Vouvray we previously listed, and none the worse for that. As with the Demi-Sec there are hints of lime as well as the minerality typical of a Vouvray Chenin. There are sweet edges but this is a clearly dry white with a firm backbone and refreshing clout. Grape varieties: Chenin Blanc 12%
