Albariño is widely regarded as Spain's premier white wine and is currently enjoying particularly good press. This first organic example shows all the classic soft peach and pear characters with a refreshing but subtle citrus backbone. The colour is an appealing straw yellow with gold hints. In the mouth it's clean, flavoursome and demure. Made without added yeasts and unfiltered to preserve its elegant and rewarding personality. As you'd expect from a Galician white, it pairs seafood perfectly. Grape varieties: Albariño 12% COMMENDED - INTERNATIONAL WINE CHALLENGE 2008 (2006 vintage)
