Ventura Cabernet and Ventura Sauvignon
From Chile: a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc. The Cabernet is well-balanced, smooth and very drinkable. The nose is light, fruity and appealing and in the mouth there are ripe berry flavours. The Sauvignon Blanc has a light pale straw colour and displays grassy, melon/passion fruit aromas and flavours with some good zesty green notes. The fruit is good, clean and crisp and the style confident, vibrant and quite rich.
