Made in much the same way as the Brut and from the same blend of apples, Jean Pitrou's Demi-Sec has almost twice the amount of residual sugar as its drier sibling. As less of the apple juice is fermented, its consequently a little lighter in alcohol - but packed with sweetish apple flavours backed by delicate yet zesty acidity. Presented in a corked, wired bottle.
