Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery cost is £8.95 per order over £50.

This is applied to most GB Mainland addresses but excludes Scottish Highlands. Please see information below about delivery charges to more remote areas.

Delivery for orders of less than £50 is charged at £12.95.

The discount should be applied when you place your order but in some cases it may be credited/refunded to you as soon as we’ve processed your order.

If you are planning to place a significantly larger order (e.g. for a wedding) please contact us.

*Unfortunately free delivery is not available for postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, GB offshore islands or Northern Ireland.

For the Scottish Main & Highlands (All AB, IV1-20, 25, 27, 30-31, 36-37, IV63, PA21-40, PH3-26, 30-41) delivery will be charged at £15 for 1 case and £30 for 2 or 3 cases. For orders of 4 cases or more or if you would like clarification on how much delivery will cost to your postcode please contact us.

Please note: All Scottish postcodes may be subject to slower delivery times. We will advise you on the estimated delivery day when we process your order.

For the listed GB offshore islands (HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KT15-17, KW 1-3 and 5-17, PA20, PA41-78, PH42-44, PO 30-41, ZE), delivery will be charged at £25 for orders up to £150 and £30 for £150+. Unfortunately, due to excessively high transport costs, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are excluded from this GB Offshore list, so please contact us if you would like to discuss delivery costs and options.

Delivery is Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:30pm; If you would like to receive your order outside these times or within a specified time slot please contact the office as a surcharge will apply.

We are not able to specify an ETA for deliveries until the morning of the advised delivery day. But if you can request that the the order be left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place in case you are out, please state this when completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that the driver will carry out your instructions, but we will do our best to make them aware of them and follow them.

We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 4 working days, although delays are likely around Christmas.

In some cases we can send the order out for next day delivery, but this depends on stock availability and postcodes tariffs so please call us if you have an urgent requirement, 0113 244 0002.

Please note that we do not ask, nor do our drivers, for any extra payment at the time of delivery.
