Sebastian Mancebo is described as a maverick, the son of immigrants who’s used to fighting for what he wants. His family returned to Spain after 30 years in Germany, and bought land. After 14 years as a freelance winemaker he made his own wine at home. ‘Albiar’, his mother’s maiden name, is a fruity red made from the very popular local variety Bobal.
