This organic whisky is notable for its peaty qualities and it’s aged in virgin American oak casks. A little almondy sweetness is noticeable and there’s also a subtle chocolatey note. On the nose there are also hints of soft fresh fruits with well defined smokiness. On the palate comes a little peatiness with charred oak and a sweet toffee finish.
