Our first ever Bierzo comes from a winery established over 50 years ago by Paco Pérez. Today his nephew Pablo, together with his wine-maker wife Noelia, follows fully organic methods; peach, cherry, apple and fig trees grow between the vines creating a rich ecosystem. Wild grapevines produce wines with less minerality, that improve with age. They are unfiltered and made without added yeast.
