The winery has transformed and modernized the different phases of winemaking in recent years. In Vega Tolosa the product is pampered to achieve the highest quality The Vega Tolosa project began in 1998, based on the philosophy of adapting the resources provided by the previous generation. In this way, the old Bobal vineyards and their cultivation methods have been preserved, to create a quality organic wine.
