Celia Lager, Gluten Free
The world’s first lager to be both gluten free and naturally carbonated is traditionally batch brewed using open fermentation in the heart of this famous hop-growing region. The local Saaz hops create a clean, spicy aroma although Celia is softer, lighter in alcohol and more subtle in flavour than most Czech pilsners. Refreshing, gently dry and noticeably smooth.
