Description
Organically grown barley and wheat are blended with organic juice to create a fruit beer of considerable strength and flavour.
£85.68
Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery in Stamford using old manually operated brewing equipment. The finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent British brewery in Tadcaster. It’s the oldest in Yorkshire, dating from 1758. There it’s blended with pure organic cherry fruit juice and cherry extract to create a fruit beer of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the organic juice.
