The Brunehaut Brewery has developed a range of organic and gluten-free beers, produced with barley grown on their domain Domaine de graux’s farm.
They have developed a unique and natural method to remove the gluten from the beers during brewing.

Daas Ambré, Gluten Free
Daas Ambré is made from an exceptional blend of organic barley malts and pours a rich coppery amber colour with full beige head. It’s roasted malt and ripe fruity aromas have notes of caramel, butterscotch and floral hops. The smooth palate combines deep malty flavours, vanilla and dark fruits. A generous, softly carbonated body with well rounded bitter sweetness ends in a creamy finish of dry hops and light clove spices.
