They have developed a unique and natural method to remove the gluten from the beers during brewing.

Daas Witte, Gluten Free
Daas Witte is an organic gluten free wheat beer, brewed using organic wheat and barley. It’s golden and cloudy with a refreshing zesty citrus note coupled with a delicate spice flavour, a crisp dry finish with some bitter hops.
