Dão Branco, Casa de Mouraz
A distinctive white with its origins in more than 15 varieties of grapes grown on old vines rooted in granite soil. It has great body, structure and acidity and the characteristic poise of Dão whites. It spends eight months on its lees with batonnage. From its crisp green-fruited start to its satisfying finish it exudes class and confidence. Recommended with baked fish or pesto pasta.
