‘Falesia’ Losito
Named after the rock that forms the Gargano coastline, ‘Falesia’ (formerly a pure Muscat) is now a pleasing blend with Falanghina and Fiano. You’ll find rose petals, orange blossom, white grape and Turkish Delight, as well as minerals, crushed stone and jasmine flowers. Another excellent aperitif here, but it’s an obvious choice for seafood, and also a compatible partner. Muscat is also a very good partner for spicy, Oriental foods too – highly recommended!
