Description
Ortega, Forty Hall
Another winner from Forty Hall, and one of their finest releases we’ve tried from them. A touch more body than the Bacchus but still quite delicate and with a lovely soft mouth-feel. Notes of citrus and orchard fruit and in the mix, as well as a neat vein of minerals. Terrific as an aperitif but Forty Hall like to drink it with salty cheeses, so think feta, manchego or, if you’re daring, a nice chunk of Roquefort (the Ortega will cope, trust us!).
