Description
Grappa ‘Fior di Selva’, Tenuta San Vito
Grappa is a typical Italian spirit, usually taken neat as a digestif at the end of a meal, or added to coffee. In northern Italy it’s often made from pears, apples and prunes, but in Tuscany it’s exclusively distilled from the grape marc (skins, flesh etc) within 48 hours of the wine being drawn from the vat. San Vito’s is a young grappa with intense aromas of woodland fruit. Try it as a flavouring in home-made ice cream or to flambĂ©e seasonal fruit.
