Grillo Mont’Albano
Now that Grillo has shifted itself from the shadow of Marsala, the famous fortified wine of Sicily in which it normally finds itself, we can all enjoy its ample charms. Lots of ripe orchard fruit, with a very bright and uplifting palate feel. It has a zesty mouth feel yet it’s also soft and full of charm. A versatile food wine – pasta, white meats, salads, risotto – but equally good as an aperitif.
