12 hours maceration on the skin gives rise to a light pink ‘rosato’ with delicate scents of white flowers.
On the palate there’s a savoury quality and soft, easy fruit – a perfect wine for warm days. Pair it with lake or sea fish (especially grilled), pizza that’s not too spicy or just enjoy as an apéritif.
