Sangiovese ‘Boira’. Its minimalist label is utterly in keeping with the contents – this is a chic and lightly oaked modern style wine that’s both harmonious and perfectly pitched for wining and dining. On the nose there’s sweet oaky fruit – in the mouth its smooth and mellow with hints of cherry, plum and vanilla… and the tannins are just right.

A rather gentle, understated Pinot Grigio. The wine is a strong yellow straw colour and the bouquet unmistable and immediate with hints of acacia flowers. On the palate it’s dry, on the one hand fairly full-bodied yet delicately flavoured, and notably well-balanced.
