Dominio de Punctum
In 2005 Jesus Fernandez and his sister Ruth (oenologist) founded an organic vineyard and winery on the old family estate with its sandy loam soil, rich in limestone. At an altitude of 750m in Las Pedroneras, midway between Madrid and Valencia, they produce keenly-priced and very drinkable wines with unique personalities, according to the centuries old Spanish tradition of sustainable agriculture.
Vineyard size 110 hectares. Organic since 2008.

Viognier, Dominio de Punctum
This spicy Viognier from Dominio de Punctum shows typical citrus fruit and floral aromas which made it immensely popular with our customers when first released. In the mid 60s only 8 hecatres of Viognier were cultivated (in the Rhône Valley) but it’s now a rising star worldwide. This biodynamically produced example is characteristically light, soft and aromatic with delicate stone fruit flavours and gentle acidity. Great with Southeast Asian food.
